Iris Maja Tittlbach studied a combination of media theory, economy, and media technology with a focus on film and television at Siegen University, graduating as a media economist. A professional training in advertisement management, as well as diverse internships and projects in radio, television, editorship and film production (including a project in India), contribute to her broad inter-medial and inter-disciplinaryexperience. She has been working for fechnerMEDIA since April 2009, being responsible for communication and coordination of the international cinema documentary project ENERGY AUTONOMY.

Carina Lugert studied “English Literature and Linguistics” and “Theatre and Media Sciences” at Bayreuth University. Here her knowledges in marketing structures were taking roots when she was person in charge of Public Relations for the course of studies and the University TV channel, and got thoroughly improved during a trainee program in a respected agency for events in Munich
subsequently. At fechnerMEDIA Carina coordinates – in company with Maja and Marcus – the PR projects and communications of the international cinema documentary ENERGY AUTONOMY in the back-office and on-site.
